Job Description :
Candidate should not have come back from Oman in the last 2 years; after March 2020.
Candidate should be less than 50 years old.
· Create the specific data as per requirement of
department.
· Submit the document to the client for PMC
(Pre-Mechanical Commissioning)
· Check properly PMC attributes on the
document with (TOMAS) Turn-Over-
Management System.
· Maintain all activity for PMC test request
subcontractor and discipline wise.
· Maintain and update PMC Log sheet to know
the progress status.
· To retrieve and issued the PIN to company and
client for PMC activity.
· Provide the specific data for PMC activity as per
requirement by the client or Company.
· Fully responsible for all documents related to
PMC activity.
· Manage the electronic and hard copy filing of
project related technical and engineering
documentation
· Liaise with engineers, clients, and sub-
contractors as required
· Provide the technical support to Construction
Management System (CMS) group
· Import/update data in Construction
Management System (CMS)
· Upload the daily welding data in CMS through
the customized application
· Manage the team and co-ordinate with all
team members
· Interface with Client and Sub-Contractors to
ensure that all document registers are
maintained & updated properly
· Interact and Correction with subcontractor and
engineering department regarding TOMAS
related issue.
· Checking of the Documents with correct issue
like as (IFI.RFS, IFC, IFD, VOID etc.)
· Register new document into the Dbase (CMS
and Revise the existing Profile)
· To retrieve and issue documents (from project
archives) as and when needed for
· reference purpose
· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors regarding
document information issue
· Make sure all documents are processed on
daily basis
· Received RFI from Sub-contractor and
distributed as per company procedure
(Discipline wise or area wise)
· Update walk through progress log sheet
· Document quality check. (Rev, Title, Logo,
Sheet no., Doc No.(format ext.),etc.)
