Job Description :
Technical Course (diploma) in mechanics / structural elements.
· Knowledge of material selection, NDT, Corrosion, and equipment integrity. Understanding of failure modes and international standards applied to equipment integrity. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Data analysis and forecast equipment life spam based on corrosion/wear rate.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years, with good analytical skills and deep knowledge of industrial equipment (structural integrity inspection).
· Qualified and certified as NDT level 2 (DPT, MPT, RT & UT)
· Perform field integrity inspections using tools and diagnosis equipment.
· UT Flaw Detection, DPT, MPT of welding inspection and Thickness measurements at VOPC/VODC equipment’s
· Monitor and predict failures based on the data collected and online data readings.
· Open notification in CMMS for the problems identified.
· Be committed to the continuous improvement process in the department.
· Forecast equipment life spam based on corrosion/wear rate
