Job Description :
Planning Engineer
a) Collection of required information/data/reports, attending weekly/monthly progress review meetings and interaction with Contractor.
b) Analysis of data/reports/feedback as made available by Contractor and deliberation during the meeting/interaction related to physical progress achieved at site & hindrances to the work.
c) Review of network schedule of contractor duly updated by them at regular interval.
d) Monitoring progress of the project as per approved project schedule.
e) Review of delays and action plan submitted by the contractor to catch up the delays.
f) Identifying critical areas and informing Client in advance for taking corrective measures.
g) Submission of weekly/monthly project monitoring report highlighting progress at site, delays if any, recovery plan, etc. in order to adhere to the schedule.
h) Preparation of project progress report for lender’s requirements”
