| Cement Plant experience is Mandatroy Cement Grinding Unit /cement plant quality experience in relevant field Mus have experience in visual, dimension, welding , NDT etc. Review of Site Quality Plans. Performing site inspection as per QAP. Issue of inspection reports along with deviations/ non conformances if any after completion of inspection with conclusion of Acceptable/ Rework/HOLD & Client is responsible for quality of the jobs only, not for erection progress. Materials sampling, testing surveillance and documentation as per approved QAP or directed by the Project in charge Inspection of equipment at vendor works/ location prior to dispatch of equipment /material as per relevant QAP/standards. Documentation and inspection of construction activities, joint measurement with our engineer for the quantities & vendor bills, on the basis of approved measurement sheet submitted by site engineer of Contractor. Preparation of daily and weekly inspection reports documenting construction activities and relevant observations, recommendation & value addition, if any |
