Job Description :

Overall responsibilities for factory design and construction including cranes, utilities and

administrative office building in line with the engineering standards with all necessary approvals and

licenses. Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete the

construction as per the timeline. Take all necessary statutory approvals and certificates from the

from the government, developers and others to build and maintain the factory as per the regulatory

rules and law. Strictly follow engineering standards and ensure safety, legal and other compliance are

being followed by contractors and other stakeholders. Collaborate, support and align internal

stakeholders plan in proto and pre series activities. Improve subcontractors process compliance

during construction thru process and product audits.

Skills required: Construction Management, Civil codes and standards, Resource planning and People

management, Contractor management, Negotiation, Legal and statutory requirements, Utility

management.
