2. JOB PURPOSE:
To enhance quality of Maintenance Master data in SAP
3. ROLES:
· Download the maintenance master data from SAP for review and enhancement of quality of existing SAP CMMS maintenance master data such as Preventive Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item, Task List, Operations, Maintenance Strategy, HSECES identification, MATs, measuring points etc. to enhance reliability and integrity
· Enhance Functional Location Hierarchy, Equipment Register data set up in line with ISO 14224/ Company guideline and as directed by Company
· Upload enhanced data received from discipline engineers, in SAP ad deactivate the existing data as identified by discipline engineers.
· Prepare bill of materials
· Provide report on progress of master data enhancement
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
· 10 years of experience in SAP Maintenance Master Data Setup for oil and Gas production facilities
