Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities

Identification, development and procurement of raw material, electrical components for

manufacturing of transmission line Conductors, Insulator and other accessories. Collaborate,

support and align with Production and Logistics departments in supplier development, qualification,

audits and their performance management system. Lead supplier management activities such as

preparation of Purchase Order, Material follow up, Supplier performance, on time supply to the

production line etc., to meet the plant production plan requirement. Lead NPD processes and

improve process compliance in the supplier factories thru process and product audits.

Skills required: Transmission line components function & their manufacturing processes, Vendor

management, Costing & Pricing strategy, Negotiation, New product development, Production and

Process Management, Systems and Standards
