Job Description :
Pipeline Engineering – Design & Engineering Calculation and Stress Analysis; Route Optimization; Material and Equipment’s Specifications; Construction Scope of Work ; Technical Bid Evaluation; Engineering Construction Support; Procurement Support; Field Inspection; Commissioning; Operation & Maintenance.
Preparing Material requisition Specification for Sour / Non Sour pipeline items (i.e. GRE Pipeline System, Line Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Barred Tee, Scrapper Launcher / Receiver, Induction Bends, Isolating Flange, Insulating Joint, etc.).
Performing design calculations and report generation (i.e. Design Basis, Wall Thickness, Road Crossing, Wadi / Falaz Crossing, Hydro Test, Stress analysis model review, etc).
Review and responsible to issue the all relate pipeline drawings (i.e. Route Map, Alignment, Station Approach, Crossings, Hydrotest profile, Typical Construction, etc.)
Effective communications and co-ordinations between all Pipeline team members and all other discipline
