Planning and organizing the projects from Design, Procurement
to Delivery to the customer. Conduct regular meetings
internally and with the customers. Work with customers for
extra claims if any. Take all necessary steps to achieve On Time
Manage the Project Management Team, monitor, review, direct
and make course correction.
Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders. Work
with the other cross functional managers for the timely
completion of projects.
Develop strategy to complete the project on time, build
rapport, and develop documents and meeting with clients for
Project Management Team will review the Project progress, PMO
can review each department, convene a meeting, approach
management for an approval, Control the budget, seek
clarifications from Estimation for any variance
