Job Description :
i. Responsible for project management at site.
ii. Depute the teams as per site requirement and reviews the execution and
work progress
iii. Implement KM Safety Procedures, Rules & regulations, and Quality
Standards throughout the Contract.
iv. Attend progress meetings presided by KM and submit the draft Minutes
of meetings by the next working day to KM for review.
v. Report to Project Manager.
vi. Arrange access pass to all sites.
vii. Complete all works within the agreed period of time.
viii. Ensure that all works are in accordance with the Contract, Technical
requirements and method statement.
ix. Ensure prevention of damage to plant & equipment of KM occasioned by
Contractors work.
x. Supervise subordinates work
