Job Description :
Attend all Client escalations & Trouble shooting the issues
Should Prepare & Implementation of PMC Systems & Formats
-Should guide & prepare the team members for Kick off meetings
-Should monitor the day to day mail correspondence of Project team
-Assigning Staff of various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.
-Effective utilization of the Engineers.
-Monitoring of effectiveness/out puts of the staff.
-Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Engineers.
-Planning of resources required and assist the Head of PMC resource planning
-Timely invoicing and collection of money receivables.
-Complaint Management: monitoring quality , reporting any
client’s dissatisfaction / complaint and assisting in mitigating the same.
-Assist Head of PMC for business growth and customer satisfaction.
-Perform & deliver to client as per contract and client expectations.
-Build the team, including external consultants/sub-cons.
-Zero claim from customer
Qualification and Experience
-An Engineering Civil Graduate with project management skills, with minimum 15 years
of relevant experience.
-Experience in Primavera and PMP Certification prepared
-Management degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
-Working experience in as a team leader/Project manager in PMC High rise buildings.
